SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Em&Ella. Below you’ll find details on how we ship your order, delivery timeframes, and other helpful information.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
Please note: During busy periods (sales, holidays etc.), processing may take an extra day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship using Royal Mail.
Typical delivery times:

Tracked 48 Delivery: 2 working days from time of dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs
We charge a flat rate of £1.50 for all UK orders.
(This is a subsidised rate: the postal service we use costs more, but we cover the difference).
4. Order Tracking
All orders are tracked and a tracking number will be provided. Your order's delivery progress can be tracked via the Royal Mail website.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Check with neighbours or a safe place.

Contact Royal Mail using your tracking number (if provided).

If you still need help, email us at emandella@protonmail.com and we’ll be pleased to try and assist you further.
Please allow 10 working days from dispatch before we treat an item as lost (Royal Mail standard policy).
6. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring the provided shipping address is correct.
We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
If you made a mistake, contact us immediately at emandella@protonmail.com - we may still be able to update it before dispatch.
