1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the same condition that you received them
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

3. Exchanges

If you need a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
